Abstract

The purpose of this report is to review the work of the Centre and to attempt some evaluation of this work as at the end of 1971. The report starts by recalling the original objectives of the Centre and commenting upon the Centre's role as a forum and meeting-place. The main body of the report is concerned with the main projects and activities with which the Centre has become involved in recent years. Appendices at the end give details of conferences, projects, exhibitions, costs, personnel and publications.
