These two workshops had a common theme, that of admissions policies as they affect students with disabilities. Participants in the workshops were especially invited, all having a particular interest in college admissions policies. They were mainly college principals; special advisors for students with disabilities in colleges of further education, polytechnics and universities; and students and ex-students with disabilities. The two workshops dealt with the very different admissions procedures firstly in non-advanced further education and secondly in higher education.
