Abstract
  • The purposes of this report are: to indicate to those unfamiliar with hospital service statistics the nature and extent of the information available, to suggest methods of approach which may make the application of this information more profitable, and to attempt to rectify some of the misconceptions which have developed, regarding the use of hospital statistics.
