The purpose of this Annual Review is to look back over the past twelve months as well as to look forward to the next year or so and try and identify how best the Centre can respond to the very rapid changes that are being made in the way health care is provided.The identification of the Fund's general objectives, and the reiteration of the Centre's original aims to facilitate the acceleration of good ideas and practises in the provision of health care, has provided a firm base for a year which has been dominated outside the fund by change.
