Abstract
  • Participants at this workshop included student nurses, Directors of Nurse Education and people with disabilities. The purpose of the discussion was to focus on the nursing process model of nursing care and how it responds to the needs of people with disabilities in general hospitals. The discussion was limited to the care of people with disabilities in the acute hospital setting.
