This is a self-help book designed to help carers feel more in control of their lives and empowered in their dealings with service providers . It is a book of ideas and suggestions based on the experiences of carers, the people they care for, and those who work with and support carers. It is about organising things to make day-to-day living as manageable as possible of the carer and for those they look after. It can be used by individuals and groups.
