This account of ways and means of improving coordination of services for children and young people with learning difficulties is written especially for members and senior managers of the various authorities - health and welfare, statutory and voluntary - concerned with helping and caring for these people. It is essentially the story, together with the various morals that may be drawn from that story, of a research project supported by the Fund.
