Abstract
  • The 'Working Together in London' programme was set up by the King's Fund, the Sainsbury Centre for Mental Health and the Department of Health to establish assertive outreach teams and develop new ways of working that can bring about the social inclusion of people with severe and long-term mental health problems, by helping them to find housing, work and a social network. This is an executive summary of the work that was done in evaluating three pilot assertive outreach teams in London. [SMD]
