The Patient-Centred Care Project aimed to improve the experience and quality of care for patients receiving treatment for breast cancer and lung cancer at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The project was supported by King’s College London and The King’s Fund. It was funded by Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity. The independent evaluation report, commissioned by The King’s Fund, described the process and impact of the project within breast cancer services (the first phase of the project).
